An exciting new vacancy for a Customer Support Executive within a market-leading High Wycombe based company…

What you’ll be doing:

Working as part of a small team, you’ll be responding to customer calls and emails, entering and processing their orders in SAP, as well as answering queries. You’ll also be involved with monitoring stock movements to ensure sufficient product levels to meet orders, liaising with distribution centres, regular data / report production and booking transport when needed.

What we are looking for:

With GCSE (C or above) Maths & English or equivalent, you’ll have gained some customer service experience within an office or retail environment and be a confident communicator, both in writing and over the phone. You’ll also be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to task completion with attention to detail, as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude and a proficient user of MS Excel.
